I’ve found that the best thing to do when I don’t feel like gym, is to just put on my gym clothes, and then to just go in to the gym. If I get there and I’m still not amped, then I’m allowed to go home. But the likelihood of actually going to gym gets higher the closer to gym you get, right? I’m just trying to give myself good odds.
